Quotes and bookings
Submitting an inquiry is a request, not a booking. A shipment exists once we have confirmed it with you and issued a tracking number.
Estimated delivery
Estimated arrival times are estimates. Weather, mechanical issues, customs and road conditions can change them. When they change, we update the tracking page and tell you why.
Tracking information
Tracking pages distinguish between a live reported position and the last verified checkpoint. Checkpoint information reflects the last confirmed location, not the shipment's position at the moment you look.
Your tracking number
Anyone with your tracking number and the surname on the booking can see the shipment. Share it only with people you intend to have that information.
Liability, insurance, claims, cancellation and category-specific terms need to be written with your legal adviser before launch.
