What we hold, and what we show.

Draft for legal review before launch.

What we collect

The information you enter on an inquiry form — your name, phone number, email address, the addresses involved, and the details of what you're shipping. We do not create an account for you and we do not store a password.

What appears on a public tracking page

Deliberately less than we hold. Tracking pages show city and state rather than full street addresses, a driver's first name rather than their full name, and no phone numbers, email addresses, declared values or internal notes. Live coordinates are rounded before they reach the page.

Location data

GPS is recorded only while a trip is active. Pausing a trip stops collection and completing it ends collection entirely. Position history is retained for a limited period and then reduced or deleted.

Notifications

We send shipment updates by email and text message. Replying STOP to a text stops them permanently and we record that you asked.

Documents

Files attached to a shipment are private by default. A document becomes visible to you only when a staff member explicitly marks it as such, and download links expire.
