Questions people actually ask.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There are no customer accounts, passwords or dashboards. You track with your tracking number and the last name on the booking.
Why do you ask for my last name?
A tracking number on its own would be the only thing protecting your shipment details. Asking for the surname means finding or guessing a number isn't enough to see your pet's route or your driver.
When do I get my tracking number?
After we've reviewed your inquiry and booked the shipment. Submitting a quote request doesn't generate one — it creates an inquiry our team reviews.
What does 'checkpoint tracking' mean?
It means no GPS device is currently reporting, so we're showing the last location we actually verified rather than guessing. We label it clearly instead of pretending the shipment is being followed live.
Can I ship more than one pet?
Yes. Tell us how many on the quote form and anything we should know about how they travel together.
Will my pet fly or drive?
It depends on distance, timing, your pet's needs and airline requirements. Choose 'Either' on the form and we'll recommend the method we'd pick for our own animal, and explain why.
Where does the refrigerated beef ship from?
Amarillo, TX. Chilled product ships at 32°F–40°F and frozen at −10°F–0°F, monitored continuously.
Which ports do you work through?
The Port of Los Angeles, the Port of Long Beach and Port Houston.
