Every refrigerated shipment carries its own acceptable range, set for what's actually in the trailer. Chilled beef ships at 32°Fâ40°F; frozen product ships at â10°Fâ0°F. Your tracking page shows the current reading against that range and the full history behind it.
An honest note on how that record is made: readings are taken by the person handling your shipment â at load, at checkpoints, and at delivery â not streamed from a sensor. Each one is stamped with who took it and when. We'd rather show you a handful of readings we can stand behind than imply a continuous feed we aren't running.
Pre-cooled before loading
The trailer is brought to temperature before a single box goes in, so the product never starts warm.
Checked and logged en route
Temperature is read and recorded at load, at each checkpoint along the route, and again at delivery â every reading timestamped by the person who took it.
Excursions are recorded, not buried
A reading outside your shipment's range opens a flagged excursion showing how far out it went and how long it lasted, until a reading brings it back.

Every reading appears on your tracking page as it's taken, plotted against your range â the same record we see, not a summary written afterwards.
