Air travel is arranged in line with the airline's own pet requirements, and we handle the ground transportation at both ends so your pet is never left to make a connection alone.

You see what we see.
Enter your tracking number and you get your pet's journey: where they are or the last checkpoint they cleared, the next stop, the estimated arrival, and a care log the transporter fills in as they go — water, feeding, comfort stops, checks, medication and photo updates.
When a device is reporting, we show the live position and say when it was last updated. When it isn't — patchy coverage, a paused trip — we show the last verified checkpoint and label it as such.
We never animate a marker along a road to make it look like tracking. If we don't know, we say we don't know.
